HELP!-I need 2 make an E350 quieter

Hello-my E350 is way loud inside the cab. It is a 96 and I have replaced the sound deadening material on the engine side of the doghouse with a heavier duty double layer material and this has helped but it is still rediculously loud inside the van. Can anyone give some recommendations on what steps to take. I understand the majority of the sound comes from the injection design so maybe wrapping the valve covers would help but I don't know what would be a good material. Would wrapping the exhaust & turbo-w-"header" wrap help?

Cover the outside of the dog house with a product like Dynomat, you can usually buy the stuff at high end audio shops or from places like Crutchfeild

If I cover the outside-w-Dynomat I will have to somehow cover it-w-some kind of carpet or something because it is right there if you know what I mean. I did the inside (engine side)-w-2 layers of a material much more effective than dynomat. Can you tell me if the baffle or whatever it's called id needed? It is a big empty plastic box that "t"s into the intake tube from the air cleaner to the turbo inlet. I'm wondering if this is a quieting item

I've done a ton of work and its helped out tremendously! I recently covered the doors in my fake dynamat (jiffy seal and tin foil) and then I covered that with peel and stick insulated foam with a metal covering (home depot stuff for covering duct work). The doors made a big difference at idle, but I haven't gone on a trip yet to really know how much insulating the doors helped. I have more info here. Soundproofing the cab and doghouse

make sure the doghouse is sealed on there tight. i had to make special clips on my old van but it helped a lot.
