I currently have the 5 piece cab lights from the factory. I want to add 2 more cab lights in the space between the outside and the 3 light cluster in the middle. I was wondering what is the easiest way to do this and i am going to install smoked led lights on the whole truck. So instead of 5 lights i am going to have 7 any advise
you will have to drill and mount the new ones and tap the new ones to the old wire harness.... also what kind of LED smoked lenses you getting? if they are the Recon ones they only come in packs of 5 so you will have to buy 2 packs to have enough... and their replacement lenses are not LED.....
ya i was going to get recon Lights but my buddy here in NE is going to do the same thing so we where going to split the 2nd pack! How long do you think the installation would take?? Thanks Raul your always a GREAT source
i agree a couple of hours and you should be all set.... now their is a problem though.. the Recon lights for the superdutys don't come with a base... just the lenses....so their is 2 ways to do it.. find some OEM ones on ebay and use those bases with the recon lenses.... or replace all your lenses with a different one from Recon... their early dodge ones have the same shape as the superdutys but are a lil shorter...those come with bases.... or you can do what im going to do is use the newer style LED dodge lenses and replace all your existing lenses with those... here are a couple of links so you know what im talking about...
Agreed... only thing is, wouldn't the spacing be funky between them? I don't think it's perfectly spaced between the outers and inners... I'm probably wrong...

Wonder which one of the above it'll look like.
