Ok so here's the deal I want to know what is the best fuel mileage you see out of your 6.0l Powerstroke. These are the details I want to know about your truck when you post your mileage. Also make sure you are hand calculating and correcting for tire size before posting your mileage here.
Year, Make, Model, Cab configuration, Trans, Gears, 4x4 or 4x2, driving style (Spirited, economical, drive it like you stole it... etc.) type of driving (all highway, mixed, city, etc.) Injectors, Turbo, Tune, Suspension Mods, Bed cover or not, Tires and Rim Sizes, Odometer mileage and any other modifications such as EGR delete or ported intake manifold or whatever else may add or take away from your fuel economy and finally what the best mileage you have seen out of your truck and the average economy.
I'll start....
2005 Ford F250 Crew Cab Short Bed, Torqshift 5r110, 3:73 Gears, 4x4, mostly conservative driving but do have some occasional runs to 100+ MPH, 99% mixed driving which is mostly state routes and city driving with minimal highway driving.
Warren Diesel 175/ stock nozzle injectors, stock charger, Vivian's Looney Wild Track file written for my 175's, 6" Pro Comp Suspension lift, Fiberglass Tonneau cover, 275/65r20 Nitto Terra Grapplers, 136,000 miles on the truck. EGR delete, Ported Rockers and truck is studded. The best mileage I have seen out of my truck is 19.53 MPG hand calculated based on GPS trip mileage and the average since I have gotten done with studs and gaskets etc has all been in between 19.22 - 19.53 MPG.
Let's see what you got.
