Ok so this is my first post here. And this is my first “real” truck meaning I have owned a few full size trucks but nothing like this beast. It is a 96 F-250 extended cab 4x4 7.3 PSD auto with 200,xxx on the clock. Like I said I am new to this and looking to gain all the info I can because I believe in if I cant fix it then it need to be sold to get something that I can work on and this explains why I own 6 jeeps. The truck was a bank repo so I got this think dirt cheap I mean I could get more out of the motor than I paid for the whole truck.

So on with the pics and yes I am going to add one or two of my Comanche. I like to wheel on the weekend so maybe once I get a trailer and can haul my toys with me if there is some other wheeler on here maybe we can get together and do some wheeling.
Some of the beast:

And now the Comanche:

I will agree with you guys on the fluid/filter change that is one of the first things I think anyone should do with any used car/truck they buy.

So the plans as it set just to get thing to breath better is a cold air intake set up and then move on to the exhaust replace the stock down pipe and look in to a set of stacks or just leave it as it is(that is my exhaust now with a new down pipe). Or maybe putting a chip in it but with 200,xxx on the clock should I worry about the PSD holding up to this?

As far as the truck it self goes this thing run great, does not smoke, shifts a lot different than my wife's mini-van but then I would hope so but I think it is normal. I no that there is no comparison to the mini-van but every thing else I own and drive around here is a 5 speed.

And thanks for the welcome.
