Check the fuel lines really good cause one could be vibrating enough to rub on the corner of the engine/head casting or somethin like that. There may be a crack or rub through spot there somewhere.
There is a section of those line that I can not see as they pass behind p/s-alternator bracket. But the lines are dry as they emerge, but fuel is running down block and dripping back by oil filter (truck is parked on incline in driveway).
Hmmmm......I've never really paid attention to what's going on right there with the fuel lines. Is there any connetions anywhere to ease removal/installation that could be leaking? obviously not. lol
That is the internal fuel rail for the injectors.
I would imagine it is replaceable but im curious what is going on with it.
is it rusted? Or just leaking around the outside edge?
As far as replacement, I would perfer someone who has rebuilt these heads to give you a procedure.
I haven't done it so i don't know if there is a little trick to anything. I normally use permatex around those plugs but that is in the cooling system.
Fosho man! That plug was probably $20 at the dealer. lol
