Just got my LiveWire in yesterday, and have been playing around with it. Played with the canned tunes first just to see what they would do. Started playing with the custom tunes today. All I can say is: WOW. Talk about waking up an 8000LB beast. Now I am thinking water/methanol injection to keep the EGTs in check. I can't say enough about the customer service you get from Vivian at DJ's. They were going out of town so I wanted it overnighted so I could get my tunes before they left. She worked with me and got it to me yesterday and got my tunes within an hour of calling her with my strategy. Now that is customer service. And if I need anything else they would be happy to help. I can't say enough about them, they are just good people at DJ's. I would recommend them to anybody that wants custom tunes.

I got my tunes from DJ's. Been messing with 2 of the 3. I got the economy, street, and Looney tunes. Haven't tried the economy tune yet, but have been running around all day on Looney grinning ear to ear. Going to put it on street tomorrow for the long trip to Myrtle Beach. Street has some pretty good pep too it as well, but nothing compared to Looney in my opinion. But it will leave a nice trail of black smoke if you want it too. Just not used to driving it on Looney enough to drive through the Rockies tomorrow.

dont you find yourself looking for any excuse to go anywhere so you have to drive the truck !! it's great.
yeah a really hot tune is not great for a long trip where there are hills, the egt's will skyrocket, but a good street tune will have you grinning the whole way there :thumb:

I had a similar experience with DJ's. They're great. They shipped my programmer 2 day and ate half of the cost since they were going out of town. Vivian was still working after 8 PM Thursday and got my tunes out within an hour.

Man does that Looney smoke. LOL I really pissed off the neighbors just revving my rig in the driveway. :) I got to play with looney for a few minutes on the road, but I don't have my pyro mounted yet, so I decided to put it on the economy for now. Needless to say, traction was a definite issue on looney. I tried the street for a while and really like that one. Looney shifts kinda firm for my taste and is generally a lot more touchy than street.

I also got the street and Looney tunes from DJ's. Vivian was really cool, and just a fun lady to talk to:thumb:

My driving Impressions: Street seems to have a more linear feel from no pedal... all the way to WFO. In my eyes, this makes it feel just a bit more touchy to me than the Looney, especially when cold. It does have quite a bit of pep, though (I got a 6.1 second 0-60 time according to my GTECH). Looney seems to respond... a little closer to stock until about half pedal, then it wakes up in a hurry. Basically, Looney feels the best driving around town, over the river, through the woods, etc... Street feels really nice on the freeway, w/o quite the fuel economy drop-off as you get over about 60mph. The only improvement I would consider is to allow the torque converter to stay locked in decel all the way down to the unlock speed (It helps on the side roads around here... a lot of whoops and hills)... Innovative's xtreme street does that for me, so I feel the 3 programs give me a good application spread. All in all, I'm really happy with all my tunes.

that is totally possible with the sct, just call her up/email and have her modify the tune to fit your needs.
that is the beauty of SCT
