theres different ways to do it, easiest and cheapest= plug intake hose, turn doghouse around, run a hose over the brake booster and dump it whrere you please!!

Turning the doghouse piece around makes it a whole lot easier to work with. Becareful with the o-rings under it, mine wouldn't cooperate, I ended up replaceing them with thicker ones.
Also you will want to run hose as far back as possible, because it does stink, like oil burning on a hot exhaust pipe.
I think I used heater hose, $1 a foot or something like that and I tucked it along the frame rail back to the fuel tank area. Whenever I get out of the truck and the wind is blowing from the back of the truck I smell it.
If you try to observe it in action, sometimes you will see fumes and such pouring out and sometimes not.
I can't believe all that crap used to go into my turbo.
Also, where the ccv used to go into the intake hose, I took that whole piece out and replaced it with I think a 3" or maybe 4" pvc coupling from whatever hardware store. About a inch of white pvc will show, you could paint it black or whatever. I wasn't concerned about the pvc melting as the whole intake hose is plastic anyway.
Good luck, I hope this helps

Welcome to guzzle's CCV mod web page

Definately want new O-rings, bought mine from Guzzle, A+! :thumb:

I used his CCV mod write-up, except I didn't bother with a can, I just ran the hose to the rear axle and dumped it, with a piece of pipe in the end of the tube and a metal screen (to keep the bugs out) and a clamp to hold it on. WOrks like a charm.... and freaks people out when they see your truck "Smoking"! :hehe:
