Aloha from Maui,
i've just bought 1997 f 250 powerstroke, looking for factory manuals on ebay, but there's nothing for sale. When i had my 1993 f 250 diesel, there were books, cd's, plenty of it. Now nothing.
Any recomendation where to get all that technical info?
Thank you
Petr
What kind of info are you looking for?? most likely it can be found here, if not I would look into the little chiltons manuals they sell at most parts stores for like $15. If you want to get more in depth info you can pick up the BIG chiltons manuals for around $100. If that's still not what your looking for go down to your local dealership and ask them where they buy thier books from and if you can get some contact info for that company and call them and see what they can offer you. Just some thoughts .
I have the chilton book for like 20 bux. the book is confusing on the cover, it doesnt cover just your diesel truck but it also covers a range of years for gas and diesel f250, i think its 1992-1996 gas or diesel HD trucks something like that, but the 97 is covered. Man 97 is an odd year fir the f250 as far as finding info for it. 96 is the same truck anyway right?
I picked up a Ford Motor Company Service DVD off the internet for $20.
I think it was an Ebay listing. I just looked and couldn't find one like it
tonight.
