well, first off is it truly worth the $1000+ for the upgrade?

what are the in's and out's that i need to know before i decide?

who's got the best? :dunno:

im looking at this mod as the biggest amount i will spend on the truck, as i want to keep it reliable but with a bit more power, and im not too keen on spending 1500 plus on a hpop and such.

surely i will be calling Tony Wildman for a 6 position. TDP also has the performance kit with the injectors, chip, intake, and guages. my exhaust is taken care of, but is the kit worth it? or should i go a different route?

a little info on the truck: 1997 F250 7.3, 115k miles, ZF5, 3" downpipe to 4" strait, 4:10's

one other question, should i replace the injector cups along w/ the inj's?

I'm in the same boat as you, contemplating State 1's (rosewood 160cc maybe 160/80's) I would do the cups while you have it apart for piece of mind. Without a chip you won't have the benefit of the injectors. I'm in the same boat as you, I can put an elec pump on it for cheap, maybe find a SD 17* pump.

if you do the DIY rosewood injectors (i did) itll only be a few hundred bucks. thats not bad, and even with stock programming you fell a little power increase. drivability is pretty much stock and the project is not that bad. just find a good write up and folow it.

i dont know of everything or what i got but with m set up i really like it ya got some power to play yet still not enough to break stuff. onlything i be doin next is electric fuel once it gets back from paint

Im testing the waters right now, gathering info. Id no doubt be accompanying the injectors with a tuner. i plan on running this truck to 300k+ miles, so reliability is important, but id really like to turn a few heads. Plus, its way too much fun :woot:

how much does it take to get these trucks into the low 15's? Maybe 14's?

Im not really new to diesels, just new to the performance game, so bear with me.
