Hello again. I'm wondering if anyone could tell me what the pressure should be going from the turbo to the intercooler. I keep having trouble blowing the hose off the pipe and last night it burst the hose closest to the turbo.
How would I chek to see if something is clogged?

When ever you put your CAC boots back on, make sure you are getting the tubes and everything good and clean and not slippery before you put it back on. If you dont, you will have issues with them blowing off. Trust me, I know first hand. But, if you blew the boot apart, there maybe something different going on, or you may have weakened the boot with the clamp or something. What mods are you running, what year truck? If you put that information in your signature, it will help us help you in the future.

If you blew a boot apart, your turbo may be sticking and causing an overboost situation. Have you noticed the boost getting higher than 30 psi?

I have had the best luck installing a new boot and clamp if it comes off more than once. Clean the CAC pipes with carb cleaner or other solvent to get rid of all the oil residue. Some people have also had success with spraying a sticky hairspray on the CAC tubes and boots before installing them. Anything to give a little more "grip" on that tube.

and if you arent over boosting take the wifes hair spary and spary the inside of the tube alittle to give it alittle hold. like 720 deeres said this really works and i havent blown a tube off again
