Ive read all the info on here about operating temp readings. My concern is ive had my gauges installed for about 4 months now and my trans temp doesnt move at all, i mean 0 movement lol even when its 100+ outside. Should i be concerned that my gauge is faulty? thanks
UHH, heck yea!!!! you gotta isspro to man, high dollar gauge.i would check the probe, check the probe line, and check behind the gauge itself, make sure nothin has come loose.and if its a faulty probe then call and tell isspro or the atherized dealer who sold em to you.good luck
yeah at first i thought it was normal because it was alot cooler outside now that its so hot out i figured it should be moving by now. ill have to check all the wiring tomorrow. Ive got all my gauges piggy backed onto one wire running to a power source and all my other gauges are working fine. Also the trans temp gauge still lights up fine so its getting enough power to light it.
no i had that part right. i failed to realize i had to run a power and ground to the amp/relay box. i guess i got caught up in the heat of the install lol
