Hey Jay, Sorry about the delay. Somewhere here I have the sketch of my system. I'm a little OCD and over do things but yah for the money this can helpout. I pull a 5500# race trailer and here in WA. it's either up hill or down. I used Peterbilt Jake clutch micro switchs with one on the throttle and one on the brake so you had to get after the brake the coverter unlocks. The one on the throttle is for the road. The converter is locked all the time and when the throttle is releast the EBPV is energized and you will be able to use the brakes and the EBPV at the same time. You will have to switch out of this mode for a complete stop. You can e-mail direct if you like. I don't do well sending doc,s here. Bill

I am interested in an exhaust brake and have been looking and the BD system since I plan on using my 99 F350 to tow a 10K plus TT. Appears you have a simpler exhaust brake system using stock parts - what did you do and how does it work for braking heavier loads. I live in Shelton and would enjoy visiting to pick your brain plus show and tell.
