Check to see the pistons in the rear caliper can be pushed back in easy... If you drive in the U.S. somewhere there is salt on the road, you could have corrosion there and the caliper is just not releasing..

If you are a D.I.Y. person, you should be able to push that calipre piston in. It may be just a simple as corrosion stopping it and it is "Locking on" so to speak... I see this quite often in trucks that go on the beach and so on with salt and sand. If you are in snow country that is the likely culprit...

Best regards from Oz...

Remove all the calipers and clean the slides of all rust and dirt, then lube them up with never- seize to keep them sliding right. This should be done about ever 20k or yearly in the northeast and high salt corrosion States. This also helps to maintain your fuel economy by keeping your brake pads from dragging. You dont need to remove the brake line and bleed system. Also a good idea to flush brake fluid every 2 years to prevent corrosion in calipers, brake fluid is hydroscopic and absorbs moisture , with high heat from stopping when towing the moisture boils and lays in the calipers. Well worth the $ to get it done if you cant DIY. JIM
