Oil in Coolant!

I just flushed the radiator this weekend and it had oil in it or what I assume to be oil. I have had a small coolant leak that I have been unable to find for a few months. I suspected a blown head gasket, but I thought there would be water in the oil(which there isn't) not the other way around. I am wondering what some of you think or if you have seen this before.
Thanks

Im not too handy with the 6.0's, but perhaps the oil cooler orings/gaskets are going? :bump:

Similar to the 7.3's then?

That was what I suspected. I will have to make the plan to change it out soon. I was just hoping to be the one deciding when and not the truck. Thanks for the advice.
What other things should I take care of at the same time? I know EGR and studs. Any other things that like to fail or need to be replaced at that time?
