Anybody running it with new front springs. And if so how do you like it? How does it compare to stock? Thanks.

caryt - thanks for the info. Glad to hear its better. How much better does the 4-link make it? (Assuming it uses springs as well and not coilovers) Are the sping rate and shocks the same with the 4 link? I know you will be gaining articulation for offroad, but on highway is the 4 link better as well? The caster change of the axle on the highway is not that much. Thanks for the help.

txfireman - Thanks fir the pic. Over at Ford truck world that guy posted and like the way it looks.

My 4-link made a world of difference on everyday driving. Before the 4-link, on a road with a lot of bumps and potholes, the truck sometimes took its own path. Now with the 4-link its straight as an arrow!!

Stock radius arms IMO are junk as they cannot allow one wheel to compress without trying to move that wheel in a arch..acts like a big swaybar. having a 4 link kit will allow some twist so hitting bumps one wheel at a time is much better.

I developed the RS kit SD spring mod for the OBS trucks and also putting '05 axles and front suspension in them..the RS V code will give a better ride on bad roads that the stock radius arms can, Now put 4 link arms on like we just did on a '95 with '07 axles ..world of difference. 4 link arms allow castor changes so you can dial in extra..which IMO is needed.

You can with a 4" lift just remove the factory radius arms and bolt up 4 link arms no other mods required.
