I have a 2005 f350 SRW KR with something wrong with the heater, it will blow cold air at idle and low rpm but at a little higher rpm it blows cold!!! Has anyone ever had this? coolant level is good, just changed coolant when put in new egr cooler and rear main seal. thanks in advance!!! Also is ther anyone on here from mansfield ohio area??
what does your engine ttemp get up to, is your theromstat operating properly? did you h ave good heat after your egr cooler repair? im in south michigan near the ohio border, how far down are you?
I am half way between colombus and cleveland. when the egr cooler was replaced it worked fine, I am going to replace the thermostat this weekend to see if it helps but engine temp is normal and makes me think its not the thermostat. temp on engine runs at 180 most of the time but gets up to 200 when you get on it.
