To Run or not to Run (main bearings with signs of excessive idling )

Engine pulled, has 145K, good compression. Just replaced main oil pump (worn out).

I pulled the pan and the rod bearings look good, but my main bearings show signs of excessive idling (from online & manual pics, looks like snow flakes or splatter on bearing face). They in very clean & in good condition otherwise, and within specs but they have these blemishes.

Are they fine to run for another 100K until they are really worn or is this kind of damage serious? Going to cause a random failure, etc. or is this one of those "you COULD change them since you are in there and it is only $150 bucks for a set".

MUST REPLACE OR CAN IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT AND HAVE MONEY ???

If if were mine while its that far apart id change main and rod bearings. Sure its 150 bucks plus, but how much does the feeling of ''security'' cost?
