I dont have any personal experience but one of my friends has run 325/60/18 Toyo ATs on the stock rims on his last two trucks (08 and 09 F250). This was without a leveling kit so I know youll be fine with atleast the 325
It all depends on the offset of your wheels. If you run stock wheels (which aren't listed as being wide enough at 8" for a 325x60x18 tire) then you can fit 35x12.50x18 very easily (see my gallery). I have 18x10" wheels with a -25 offset and running 33x11" tires was tight - another guy on this forum has the same wheels as mine with 325x60x18 and he says they rub slightly.
A 325x60x20 (35.2" tall) is a much bigger tire than a 325x60x18 (33" tall). Depending on the offset I would guess you would have major rubbing issues with a 325x60x20. Any wheel with a negative offset I mean - factory wheel has a positive offset.
