Loosen the AC condensor, pull it forward slightly. Unbolt the side bolts on the 7.3L cooler. Unbolt the bottom bolts through the slot in the bumper (if ya have a license plate, helps to remove it.) Remove the lines from the tranny cooler and remove out the the top.
Get some 1/2" hose, some step down adapters (1/2" to 3/8") 6.0L has 1/2" nipples, truck has 3/8" hose to the tranny. You may need some hose clamps on either side of the adapters.
The 6.0L cooler bolts in place of the 7.3L cooler. Attach some 1/2" line to the new cooler, install the adapters, install the 3/8" line to the adapters. Make sure everthing is tight. Start the truck, shift in reverse and then drive a few times to see if it's shifting okay. You may have to add some fluid since the 6.0L cooler is bigger.
