Gear Question

I recently bought a new to me 2003 7.3 F-250. The guy I bought the truck from had the gears changed to 4.10's. Would it be to my benefit to change the gears back to stock if I wanted to get the best gas mileage possible? The truck has a 6inch lift with 35 inch tires. Or what would be the best setup for maximum fuel economy? Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am new to the diesel community. Thanks!!

The different gears are to account for the tire size. if you went to stock you'd feel like you had no power and eat even more diesel..

Stick some 37's on there...

I don't know if it would be worth it to spend the money to change to 3.73's.
