while back had same problem and it was the ficm. same problem couple months later and it was the IPR valve, replaced it and it was fine. same problem now but not getting any codes.
checked pressure at icp only getting about 350psi. ran air into icp hole and determined it was the stc coupling. updated and ran fine for about 2 weeks. shut off one day and wouldn't start. but when cooled down it would start. same problem about twice again, got icp code even though it started changed icp anyway. couple days later quit again and put ford diagnosis equipment and low pressure at icp so replaced rail dummy plug and o'rings. now i get .37volts with key on and .95 while cranking but still will not start. how long could it take to get restarted after all oil leaked back to pan while replacing o'rings and plugs.
have tried about 10 minutes at a time every 3 or 4 hours about 4 times. could it take longer.

im having the same exact issue! try unpluging your icp sensor and crank it over. I had my oil rails apart for the orings and when i put it together it wouldnt fire... pulled the icp sensor, no oil...???? this is after i spent about 10 min cranking it, should have been full. Unpluged the icp, cranked a few times and fired rite up... The icp was brand new and so was the pigtaill.... my ipr duty cycle was fine also.. Im building a gauge to tie into the HPO rail with a t fitting so i can keep my icp sensor hooked up.. checking fuel pressure too.. im gona keep an eye on this. Hope you figure yours out because your having the exact same symptoms as mine. O i also replaced the ficm, crank and cam sensors... hope you get yours figured out man.
