I put on a Banks Ram Air Intake then put on Flo-Pro Cat DPF and Muffler delete pipe. I ran for a day and half and it was in constant regeneration mode. When I shut it off it wouldn't turn back on. When I turn the key on I get nothing but an occational clicking sound. I also got the SCT programer and still nothing. So I then deprogramed it and disconnected the batteries for about 15 min and that didn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem? I just can't get in running and it is my primary work vehicle without it I'm stuck!! Any all suggestions welcomed.
When I first put on the exhust I didn't have the SCT yet. I didn't try using the SCT until after the truck died and wouldn't start. I already spoke with Eric and he is the one that suggested that I try to deprogram and disconnect the battery. He said if that didn't work I'd have to take off the exhaust and send it back to ford, however because I am in urgent need of this car I'm tring to fix it asap. Do you think it could be a sensor/relay or fuse?
