YES or NO Question-

I hope I have a simple yes or no question after reading till I'm cross eyed. lol. My question is this-

On my 02, will after market rims 8" wide with 4.5 backspacing(same as stock backspacing) and 35s rub the front of my fender and bumper with a 4" lift?

I had 35s on my stock rims with no lift, and the tires just missed the inner front fender and bumper, but rubbed my leafs at full lock. Now I want to use 8" wide rims with same b/s as stock, but with 4" lift. Am I good to go with this combo, or would you move the rim out a hair to not rub the leafs? Thanks in advance.

No to your fender and bumper, but yes to your leaf springs, go with a more negative off-set on the wheels

When you refer to "negative offset", would that be the same as less backspacing? Ex.- instead of 4.5"b/s, go with a 3.5" b/s? Am i correct in thinking this would push the rim away from the leafs? If so, does that put the fender/bumper back in danger of being rubbed. Sorry for my ignorance, but I want to understand before I order. Thanks again.
