Hello fellow PowerStrokers! New to the forum with 03 Kingranch F250 6.0 185K miles. The truck has been a drivers dream with no mechancial problems until recently. 7500 miles ago replaced Injector Pressure Regulator/High Pressue Oil Pump/J Tube/ICP Sensor with incidentals. Within last 2K miles noticed degradation in power, black smoke at hard acceleration attempt or feels like a stall and recently it sounds like turbo whine or spinning; not sure how to describe. Also, why would heater blow cold air now; two different problems, maybe? Thanks for any help and budgetary repair bill since I just spent $3K for the earlier issue.
