A/C Question.....HELP!

Ok guys......as some of you may know, my truck is getting studs and alot of other "fun stuff" right now. The cab is currently back on and they are going to start to reassemble tomorrow. Currently the A/C system is open and I will be paying for a new drier to be installed. I have always thought my truck has not blown near as cool as it should...my question is.... I have heard several people discuss replacing the oem replacement orifice tube(38635) with a slighly smaller tube(38639) for significant lower vent temps. The OEM replacement orifice has a diameter of .0605 vs the smaller orifice's .056 diameter. Claims state that vent temps can drop 10-15 degrees. I realize if run for prolonged periods in MAX A/C & Low Fan speed that the system could possibly freeze up. I am just wondering if anyone has done this or has any kind of feedback on this cheap mod. They will probably be recharging my system tomorrow(Wednesday), so I need help with this sort of quick! Thanks guys! :help1:
