AE or any other scan tool?

I am in Sacramento, Carmichael to be exact, and am in desperate need of AE or some other code reader to see what is wrong with my truck. Anyone some what local? The truck is not running so you will have to come to me but I will pay you. Let me know if anyone can help, I would appreciate it more than you know. Thanks a lot.

Well it is actually for my dads new work truck, although I do have a SES light on from passing someone while towing a trailer, I am sure its just an overboost code though. As for his truck though we are thinking either the LPOP is going out or went out, or the HPOP.
