marcotte i brought it in for a oil and to get the filters changed and the idiots left all kinda of parts of the filters in the fuel filter housing. made a mess under the hood.. had to bring it back cause they didnt know what the parts were that were left behind.. even i knew were they came from....

sarat is just dumb and they try to screw you by saying your warrenty doesnt cover anything....

truck needs to get studded and a few other dumb stuff that the warrenty will cover

mass diesel was more then happy to explain and work with the warrenty company to make it right... wei just dropped it off today so well see how the rest goes. but so far were happy with them.. scott seems to know his stuff.. will let you know how the rest goes... doing gaskets, studs, and a few more mods

I tried to like Marcotte, gave them at least four chances. On the second to last time an elderly gentleman was out in front of the service area about ready to vapor lock; seems he asked that the tires be rotated, the shop told him that they were rotated but apparently he had issues with this place before as he indexed the tires and guess what?

The last time there a very pleasant women asked me, as I was walking in, if 'they were always this way'? I found that regardless of what I wanted done they simple did as they darn well pleased; they let the truck go in and out numerous times without even bothering to mention to me that I might want to consider having them install the zerks in the front end, that is, installed in the EXISTING covered tappings.

Haven't been in at least four years-suppose things could have changed.....

I now travel about 65 miles, each way, to Minuteman Trucks in whatever town the Pats stadium is in (Walpole?), and I can recommend them without hesitation, each and every time I have been 1000% satisfied.

we drove to bellingham ma to performance diesel and the have been awesome..

glad we took it from ford.. found out they do not send there heads out to get checked. all they do is put gaskets in and thats it.. ford seems to only fix what broke and not what caused it.
