75-80 Dragway Re-opening!

So is anyone going to the big re-opening of the 75-80 Dragway in Frederick County this weekend???
Gates open Friday at 4pm and Saturday at noon

I'll be there and so will StrokerTruckin, if anyone else is planning to go PM me and we'll swap information and meet up!

I ran 17.029 for a 1/4 but the wind was horrible so I think I could do better on a better day...

How did the track look, we were all ready and excited to go on friday, figures it would rain. we all had to get drunk instead. atleast i have some more time to have my car ready and break the motor in before i go down the track.

It looked pretty good! Fully re-paved. The new tree seems to count down really fast, but that also just could have been my nerves! Lol

went up last night for a little bit. i think i was right near your truck, or atleast one with stacks and that paint, looks good. wasnt much to watch last night i dont think i saw a car do anything more than a 12 second pass. hope they arent going to be closing down at 10:30 every night.
