SSS 08 Road Trip!!!

OK All DE/MD/PA/NJ/VA Members!!!!

Let's start the MONSTER SSS thread for the convoy down!!

To start it off, I am planning on heading down Thursday. That way I can get a good nights sleep and be ready to rock for the weekend. Driving Friday, adn then the Fish Fry just was tiring all in one day.

Also, I am thinking about getting a good size camper trailer if I can pull off some connections I have. (Friend has friends at a RV dealership.)

Anyone interested in getting in on it?...not sure what the cost (if any) will be yet.

I know we have a WHILE to go, just wanted to get some thoughts down before I forgot them.

I'm in for the caravan! I'll be bringing my rig no matter what! If it works out to get a camper behind me too- let's do it!

I was going for a room this year but if you drag dead weight along for the ride I'll take mine as well. The whole camping available at the track thing has me wanting to take the camper. I'm sure the camping won't be as lonely as it was last year.

There may also be an option to rent an RV locally rather than drag one all the way down there. It may be worth looking into.

Matt, I will let you know what I am doing as soon as I figure it out...that way if I bring a camper, you can decide if you wanna tote yours...

You can get bumper pull bunkhouses that will sleep 8 or 10! Could be quite the interesting campsite there.
