Random miss and hard start

Thats a link to the problems ive been having... Real messed up situation but now im at a wall and cant go any further without a IDS and i surely cant afford the last guy or a stealership. Is anyone in the carroll county area that could possibly help out a broke fellow .org member?
Really just need to find the problem to see if 1- i should be taking it back to the guy who it spent 3 weeks staring at this thing, or 2- which part i need to get.
Anyhelp would be appreciated!

p.s. sorry my truck wont be able to make it to the chapter meet... Was really hopin to be a part of that :-/
