Full EGR Delete, FloPro, Intake, Tuner Install Help

Anyone in the Maryland area, north of Baltimore, done any 6.7 work or have theirs tuned with the H&S tuner, with a FloPro 5" no muffler exhaust or will an intake installed that I can check out? Any help is appreciated!

Tell you the truth the 6.7 are not in need of a EGR removal...I have the DPF factory air and stock exhaust, With eric from innovatives tunes and the thing is fast as he!# on the street anyway. 2013 is emissions for these trucks in maryland so if I were you and you plan on keeping the 6.7 I wouldn't go crazy.

That's definitely something to consider if we do in fact have to start emissions testing in 2013. Where does it say we start emissions in 2013?

I have checked the DMV and MVA websites and it seems that a smoke opacity test is already implemented but not really enforced (at least for residential use vehicles). Right now, the DMV lists diesel powered vehicles as exempt from the emissions testing requirements in Maryland but I'd be interested to know when/if they will amend that and if it will only effect the year of the amendment and onward or all vehicles since the DPF systems were adopted in 2008...
