OK MD members...when is the next time we are planning on getting together for either a track night or a wrenching session??? I'm thinking I need to get Brisco to the track since I just did the turbo rebuild and I now have about 700 miles on the fresh rebuild. Lets get something going.

Guys, I have been busier than a one armed paper hanger! I am dieing to get to the track this spring, but something always comes up. If somebody sets up a date I will do my best to make it. Saturdays are not good for me for most of the summer. My son is playing baseball right now and the antique tractor pulling season is starting up. At least 2 Saturdays a month I will be out tractor pulling.

If you guys are interested in having a mod day, I could host it at my shop at work. I have 2 huge bays available with enough room for at least 4 of our rigs to fit inside at one time. We also have a full array of hand tools, air tools, jacks, stands, torch set, mig welder, stick welder, press, etc. I can legally dispose of hundreds of gallons of oil onsite as well if anybody wants to change their engine, tranny or differential oils. I have within 5 miles of me NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, Western Auto and Kunkel's Service Center. Within 10 miles I also have Pep Boys, Salvo Auto Parts and Wal Mart.

We have a grill and adequate restroom facilities including a shower. I also have enough paved parking for at least 20 if not 30 rigs. The location is just off Route 40 @ Abingdon Road. It is approximately 5 miles from Exit 80 on I-95.

If this is something that enough people are interested in, I would be glad to host a wrenching day. Unfortunately a Saturday event would not include dragstrip time. Saturdays are test & tune from 9 am to 4 pm. The biggest problem is that the race fee for T&T is $35 instead of the $15 Friday night fee. I also feel that a 4 PM close would be too early for us.

That's probably a better problem than trying to put the cat back in a 6er with the foot long bolts on those things! Alan had the right idea when he cut his off.

the bolts didnt get in the way taking it off cause the sleeve on the down pipe slides out of the way had cat out and pipe in like 10 minutes

Your place would also be ESPECIALLY good during the winter when the weather is FREEEEZING! LOL Sure would beat the hell out of my driveway LOL! Freakin snow on the ground putting a straight pipe on my truck! LMFAO!!!!

Absolutely! We have a waste oil furnace that will flat out roast you! The lighting leaves a bit to be desired, but that's because of the 20' ceiling and only having 4 high bay lights.

Let's get a date together! June 9 is the only Saturday in June that I can't be there. Other than that, the shop is always available on Saturdays.
