Ball joint info

Hey guys, so my ball joints are on there way out. I'm debating if this is something I want to tackle or not on my own. I try to do as much work as possible on my own truck. I've watched a couple videos on how to's and think I'm going to go for it. I was just curious if anyone on here has done them and have any advice. I'm going to go rent a press from Oreilly's as getting them out seems to be the biggest issue. Thanks
Also if you have done them or had someone do them what brand did you go with-Moog,Oem??

I've done a set (on a obs and a powerstroke van) moog, air hammer, heat, and/or "press"... Not to hard just takes a while.

Thanks. Looks like it's mainly just time consuming. I can get 4 Moog ball joints for 160$, most places want to charge between 800-1000$ to do this. Do you remeber what else you needed besides the ball joints?, seals, rings etc?

Can't compare, van was 2wd, and obs are ttb front end. But I didn't need to do anything else on the obs, on the van did a new hub/bearing...
