Good 6.0 shop around Denver?

Just got my first diesel, 2006 F350 CCSB, but I'm a lifetime Ford guy. (OBS F250 gasser is rusting away, after many years of wheeling in the hills and DD commuting, and a slightly modded Crown Vic now parks in my garage.)

I did quite a bit of research on PSD.org and other sites, spent about a month looking at used 06-07s around Denver, so I kinda know what I'm getting into, and what to expect.

I'm already planning the serious 6.0L bulletproofing (studs, etc.), and factored that into my purchase decision and price.

I'd like to get some “fun” enhancements, eventually. And I understand that some of those mods could be more cost effective, if they were done at the same time as the bulletproofing.

I'm looking for a shop to handle routine maintenance (i.e., with relocated oil filter and coolant filter), basic 6.0 troubleshooting and repairs, and some performance upgrades and tweaks. Doesn't have to be all one shop.

Nowadays, I just don't have time to do most of my own mechanic work, like I used to, and I really don't want to get burned by incompetent or unscrupulous morons.

So, I'd like to get your advice and recommendations for good diesel shops around the north Denver metro area, or a reasonable distance from there.

Thanks for all input and suggestions.

Dave

If you can make down to Littleton (c470 and Ken Caryl) I can give you a recommendation.
Excel Diesel and SUV. Owner is Bill. Has helped me out quite a bit when I first got my EX, and does good work.

I am the only one who touches this truck unless absolutely necessary... good to know there are trustworthy shops around though... keep posting your experiences...
I will say DISCOUNT TIRE on Havana here in Aurora scratched my rather expensive chrome rims more that a run up kelly flats! And left a valve stem bouncing around in my tire... took me two trips back and INSISTING there was something in there for them to realize that yes i was correct and there was a stem in there...
Big Mike Naughton Ford isn't capable of an Oil change... I happened to pop my hood and check after paying for one and found that my oil fill cap was left off and slammed in the hood... Little things like this make me wonder what these shops do on serious jobs... I'm done venting : )

Rocky at Rockin s or Elite are the only two that have ever touched my trucks. Rocky is a hell of a guy.

I have a tech at Courtesy Ford that I like, Patrick. Great tech for the 6.0, and he owns one himself ! There's also a guy in Golden with Advanced Auto (not the parts store), but he's kinda spendy

Brandon and Audrey from Different Strokes in Commerce City came down to our last G2G and introduced themselves... By the looks of their rides they have been around the 6.0 a bit... Im interested in getting more information on the Propane Injection Kit they build...

Propane injection can get you in trouble in a hurry, especially on a 6.0
