trailer light wiring harness issues

OK i posted this in the 99-03 7.3 section, but i figured i would post it here as well. I am just 3 days from picking up my uhaul trailer to move cross country. i took my truck to uhaul for their inspection of my truck and i got no power to my plug. it s a flat 4 way plugged into a 7 (?) way plug. but there is extra wiring coming off. i cant figure out the problem. i also checked all fuses, and they are all good. can anyone guide me the right way here? here is a pic of the wiring i was talking about:
