AMS oil

Hey guys one of my coworkers is an AMS oil independent seller and we were chattin about product. Obviously ppl talk up their own stuff but is synthetic that great? Just sounds like everything keeps clean

thats what i run in my truck amsoil synthetic diesel oil and a elf 7405 filter.... 10k plus miles oil change

its either the 5 or 15 which ever one is the winter one is the one im on now, i just changed it early january and will be changing it again by july or so

i think its 5w 40 in the winter and 15w 40 in the summer months they make the oils depending on motors.... here a quick link in the different types of amsoil diesel oil http://www.syntheticwarehouse.com/sy...diesel_oil.htm

No I don't ... i just run the donaldson elf 7405 filers on the truck, I don't do much pulling just a lot of highway miles daily

If your motor is leaking oil don't switch it to synthetic as it will leak 1000x more.

Also how many miles you got on that thing?

I'm assuming because of the bleach content that cleans it? It doesn't tho.

Such a wives tale. A lighter weight oil, maybe. But synthetic? Doubt it.
