Having issues, anyone with diagnostics?
I seem to have an intermittent issue with hesitation under load on our '03 6.0 Excursion. The trans is also shifting from 2-3 a little slow when it's cold. Anyone up North in the Loveland/Greeley area with a Insight or autoenginuity or similar that can run diagnostics on it for me? Otherwise, can you recommend a shop that won't rape me, and/or that knows their stuff?
Fuel filters are new, oil was changed recently, and trans was flushed. So those should be ruled out. Doug |

Have you checked to see how the EGR valve looks? Might not be your issue, but it's worth taking off and cleaning it if needed.
If you can make it to the g2g at the Hooters in the Denver area, i think Nick is bringing his AI to hook up to my truck, I am sure he wouldn't have a problem hooking it up to your EX for ya. |

The EGR valve was replaced last August along with the turbo.
