Local shops, work and insepection

Well guys I am new to owning a diesel..Its not a truck its an e350 I only got it because I wanted a diesel and I want something to take on some mid west hunting trips..so big diesel cargo van totally fits my needs. Right now I am fixing it up getting it road ready...Im switching out the break lines tomorrow just to be safe and I need to get this thing inspected soon and I am wondering if there is anyone around here (York) that would be cool with inspection. I don't mean pass me with some dangerous stuff wrong but things like some body rust I want to take my time fixing it and Id hate to have to rush it to get the sticker..Im not talking about anything serious but jet a bit here and there..I mean its going to be used for hunting trips up to the gash..Also I want to straight pipe it and throw some tint on the back windows...Do yall know of anyone who could help me out? I see vehicles all the time with huge rust holes that i can fit an arm in but they have a sticker..If someone could help me out that would be great and I would send everyone i know there for work. Just let me know cause im getting this registered tomorrow and I want to get this thing going as soon as I can.

couple years late... but gateway gas up in north berwick are real easy going
