One of our members has shed some very bad light on LSP and Powerstroke.Org and Diesel Trucks in general. *That member is T.R.P. **Here is a LINK (http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/mem...58-t-r-p-.html) to his profile. *

According to reports from a Houston area news station, he decided it would fun to involve himself during a high speed chase by passing the DPS cars in an attempt to take photographs according the the police report. *Please take a look at the attached link (Burglary suspect arrested after chase through 3 counties | khou.com Houston). *You will clearly see the LSP logo in plain view on the back window of his truck and him in the back of the police car smiling. *There are quite a few trucks in that area of the state that run this logo and now this puts these trucks at a disadvantage because of his poor or total lack of judgement. *He could have killed people with his antics. *There was no reason for his actions, PERIOD. *

As per our by-laws state when a member does something to discredit the chapter or the .Org they can be removed from the membership roll. *

VI. Removal From Chapter Membership Roles

A member may be removed from chapter membership at any time, at the written request of the member. A member may be involuntarily removed by a two-thirds majority of voting members. A vote for removal will be posted and left open for no less than 14 calendar days. Grounds for removal include consistently rude or obnoxious behavior toward other chapter members, or any actions which bring discredit to the chapter or Powerstroke.org.

I will be putting up a ballot for voting for removal. *The ballot will be left open for 14 days, per our by-laws, after which time the decision of the group will final and mods wil be notified.

He was a member of LSP before we reorganized under Ben & Kevin.

His sticker in that video was an older version of the LSP sticker.

I actually bought a front bumper from him through this site a couple years back. I remember watching that chase on TV as well. Funny how things go.

But nonetheless, he made a poor decision, and misrepresented our chapter.
