LSP Overhaul

To the LSP members in the greatest state,

We all know it's no secret that the overall performance of LSP (Lone Star Powerstrokers) has been subpar. Not all attributed to lack of leadership on a State level but the limited interaction with the rest of the org as well. We had some intervention last year with the re-structuring of LSP and had good momentum until this spring when the Directors lack of activity on the site came to an abrupt halt due to personal life/job commitments.

The main goal in my mind is to organize the upper echelons of leadership of LSP. Organize the sub chapters, increase communications between Sub-chapter leadership and work together as a whole to increase membership and organize G2G's and capitalize on the enjoyment of our interest in Ford Diesels

together. In short, get people together and pass a good time. Bring new members in your geographic area together and meet new people. In regard to what we enjoy on this forum the more local contacts we have would provide beneficial for all with the availability to hold local wrench days, G2G's, and or just monthly meets for a beer etc. With our common interest I've had the pleasure of meeting some great people that I probably wouldn't have. And having said that I imagine there's a hell of allot more I haven't met that I look forward to meeting.

So please take the time to vote and take this seriously, I see allot of strong leadership within this chapter as a whole and believe we have what it takes to right this ship. Let’s move forward together as a group, organize and capitalize on the all the neat rides, experience and personalities we have on here. We should be able to do that and make LSP one of the premier chapters on the ORG. This is TEXAS and I believe it’s about time for us to get this together as a whole.

LSP Removal from Office

Once we have run the 14 day span required for the vote and then proceed to move forward in nominations, elections etc. Given the outcome of voting.
