EGR Delete

I am active military, but will move back to Texas when I determine that it is time to hang my hat up. My wife and I just purchased a home and 21 acres in Emory, so that is where we will be moving back to. I know that Dallas county requires emissions testing, but am pretty sure that Emory doesn't. Either way, would the truck fail the emissions testing if I perform an EGR delete?

Its a 2004 4x4.

i think if they visual the truck and see the delete you will get dinked over big time . but thats just second hand info . i would anonomously inquire .
