Terminator Cobra!!!

My boss has a SWEET Terminator Cobra. I wanna race him. Not right now. BUT once I get exhaust, gauges and an SCT!!! I more or less know that he's gonna kill me, but I want to race him none-the-less. What do you think.

He bought it in texas, it dynoed at 490-somethign when he bought and to get it to pass emissions he had to have it detuned back to stock so he could register it. He's gonna have it dyno tuned for more power. The place he's gonna get it tuned told him it will be sitting at about at about 580-590hp once they get done tuning it. He's planning on new fuel rails and bigger injectors before they tune it, and I can't recall everythign it has done already. But it should be about right.

I think I'm crazy but it could be fun! Maybe he won't get any traction?

Gateway International Raceway has a midnight madness, run what yah brung thing on Friday nights. If I can get a Friday off once I get the stuff I want, I may just have to challenge him.

Careful those cars with "just" a tune and a cold air kit will go mid to high 11s at 120-125 mph easily .

the only way you will even get a nose out first is if he dont know how to start and breaks it loose. Even then, once he gets a grip, yer done, son. WAY done. Do it if ya wanna, but be prepared to feel like you are riding a bicycle next to a.... Well.... A COBRA.

If he is on the stock blower there is no way he will reach 580 hp, unless he has a small hit of nitrous. If he has a KB or Whipple then he def. could be around 600hp mark. My cobra has 530 hp and I have ran a best of 11.34@ 127. Either way though any race is a fun race so go at it, maybe he'll be a terrible driver and just spin for the first 3 gears.

Yea if your like most of us you dont like to lose and.........well hes goin to kill you even if he spends through all 6 gears Im around alot of diesel trucks since im in the business but my name co04cobra competition orange 04 cobra gives it away. Mine makes around 500 to the wheels and you couldnt put 3 diesels together to run w/ one of these things modded. Ha. Best advice just get someone that knows how to drive one of these cars behind the wheel and have him take you for a helluva a ride. Forget the race
