f150 supercharged harley edition
sow i was on my way home and i was racing around and what not and i noticed the truck weaving in and out of traffic like he was trying to catch up so we get to the light and its a f150 harley edition ( not thenew one) im pretty sure these have aa supercharger..... so we get to the light but i dont have time to put it in 4wd and build the boost so started in two wheel drive and i pulled a truck length and held it to bout 60 then we went neck neck and i let off on about 75.......and i was in tow mode on my hypertech programmer..... i was pretty imspressed..... but quick question for any one who can answer..... everytime i race some one or i just have it fire walled for a while till about 60 or 70 my service engine light comes on and my truck is only reading about 19 pounds of boost im not sure what this means.... no codes comeup and the light goes off afterlike two minutes of babying it so anyone that knows what this is let me

My '02 would get check engine lights when I flogged on it with my Edge Evolution. It would throw a "turbo boost range exceeded" code or something like that.
I'm surprised that I didn't blow it up one time, but I raced another guy in an f350 down the beach. Going 80+ in the sand is really hard on the truck. I won, but the Check engine light came on. On that one pass I picked up four codes! (wheel speed sensors, turbo sensors, tranny sensors, etc) I can't imagine what would have happenned to my '06, the EGT's climb pretty quickly even on flat asphalt. P.S. the truck I raced is actully the stuck one I'm pulling out of the sand in my sig.

Sure is, you can get a MAP fooler, it should take care of your code. Or, do what I did and go to Home depot or Lowes and get a air compressor regulator, and set it at about 20 psi, two male 1/4" fittings, and you will be ready to ride. Put them inline before your MAP sensor, in the MAP line, and you wont get the SES light any more. Nice kill.
