Well it was my first "real" race since the truck has been together. I was cruisin at 65mph and I get passed by this 06 Crummins. He blowin a little smoke and has a Banks Power sticker in the window....strike that in every window. I sped up a little to keep up and he nails it. He is about 5 or 6 lengths ahead when he hits the fuel. I laid into it with the extreme setting and blew past him somewhere above the limit of my speedo.At the next light he gave me the "nice truck" and wanted to know if I had twins. I told him nope just one little girl at home. Odd question.

Now somebody please make me feel good and tell me the 06 doesn't have a speed limiter.

Nice Kill, and as far as I know even banks will kill the speed limiter (if it had one) My 05 dodge (work truck) didn't.

the 06's do have a speed limiter esp with the banks... which no offense to your kill at all, nice kill, but the banks is proaly the worst system ( as we all know) that you can get for the CR engines... same as how junky it is on the Strokes..

Meh. Once you get a better fuel pump, regulated return, and some hybrids... you won't look back. Smarty/tst cr's aren't that fast anymore. There are a few here in DFW that want another race against me.

And consider how my lighter your truck is than mine... you should REALLY smack them around.
