My buddy just picked up a 97 Xk8 and wanted to race, so we went out to stateline hwy kc and were lined up at the light, i was building boost as the light the other direction went yellow, light goes green, i drop the hammer, look over and see a cop two cars over, and got off it, buddy still thinking we were racing, took off and the cop was right behind him, they stayed even till bout 40 when my buddy let off and the cop got in behind him, then passed lol nobody got pulled over or anything, but we almost had three way race with a cop, we went out of town then and i spanked him till 100 and lifted. go spartan, also logged a 5.6 0-60 on the dd tonight
