bye bye tranny

last night i was plowing one of are accounts its a big parking lot right of route 9 and this guy in a dodge 2500 with a cimmins is messing around doing dounts and after 5 minutes i see him stop. i look over and he walking over to me and asked me if i new any one with a tow truck, and i said why whats up. he said i just blew my tranny i stated laughing. I said damn you should have bought a ford and that wouldnt have happend. he got all pissed and walked away. After that mabey 20 minutes went by and a ford f550 flat bed pulled in and pick it up. the guy was so pissed when i told him he should have bought a ford.

Once you start adding power to a truck, it's a given that the tranny will blow, if you abuse it, especially an automatic. They were made to handle the stock engine, and doing that they will be fine. So what you're saying is a Ford tranny has never blown? Thats what it seems like you're saying from from the post.

I think I heard somewhere that Dodge auto trannys are made by Fisher Price.

if dodge made a good tranny to hold up with there cummins motor, they would be unstoppable imo. i think my tow vehicle is gonna be a dudge lol. sorry guys. at least ill still keep my shorty.
