Neighbor's cheb

OK, so I just got back inside..............

I'm sittin' here on Christmas Eve (it's 1230 at night btw (Christmas morn. I guess)), watchin' National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (again), and havin' a few drinks, and what do I here outside????? Sounds like a chevy gasser revin' his engine up. Well I look outside and what do I see? (No it's not 12 tiny raindeer) It's a CHEVY 1500 ex cab w/ a sled bed w/ 2 sleds on it.......... stuck in the ditch, right across the street from my house. Well, I got up from my chair to see what was the matter (sorry, I can't help myself)..............

Anyway I go outside and say "Hey, yall' need a little help?" He says, "Nope, we got it!" Well I stand on my porch for a few minutes and watch these two guys (my neighbors) throw sand under the wheels then punch the gas and get a little stucker.

Well I finally went to my truck, unplugged her, fired her up, and backed up to the poor lil' cheb. Hooked up the ol' strap and had her free in no more than 1 min. with no more than 1/4 throttle.

Had a good laugh with Chris, and now he's on his way for a fun day of ridin' his sleds on Christmas day . Hope he don't get stuck again,.........cause I'm not gonna be there!!!

HAHA

Ya, that would have been priceless, but I know he just wanted to get on his way. And I'm sure the other neighbors wanted him out of the ditch (his cheb has an exhaust, and is kind of loud ) and it is Christmas.......... so I figured I'd help him out, no strings attached.

It'll come back to me though......... he does live right across the street, so I'm sure there's a beer in it for me at some point
