Z71 down in smoke

So some friends and I went out playin in the mud this last weekend, and on our long drive home, one of my buddies in his 2005 Z-71 5.3L GAS (whick I had to pull out 4 times) starts talking a little smack. Well after lining up on a back road, GAME ON. First time I have really got on my truck HARD. Switched her in 4 high, got RPMs to about 1800 and watched a chevy go down hard! He is still amazed a 9500lb truck with 110000 miles SMOKED HIM. I told him heck wait till I really start doing mods to it! Gotta love that smoke. Looking for more kills in the future!

I was gonna say the dually's can't be nearly 1500lbs more.......unless it was something like a 550 or something?

If he where one of my partners, I'd say maybe it was cause he had his g/f in the truck!
But hes not, and I'm sure his g/f is quite lovely, so I'm just gonna say!

I was thinking the same thing. Mine weighs in right at 8500lbs with the bumpers and all; 9500lbs seams a little high, unless you have 5 200 pound buddies in the bed AND a full tank of diesel.
