most of us with EFI make our own tunes, although a few to rely on others for help. One DMAX I know made over 900hp on stock internals, he recently windowed the block though, lasted probably a little over a year above 700 hp. Mines probably +/- 600-625 hp and doing fine, just clicked over 100K miles too. I've heard a lot of good things about the Spatan tunes, if the Dmax is running around on 35" tires and a stock transmission, he doesnt stand a chance, IMO

Depends on who is tuning his truck for him, but with a stock trans its pretty tough to get a stock Alli to hold up to big power. If your truck puts 500hp down you will beat him.
I see the new trucks are putting down big numbers now!!! |
