Camaro ss?

I raced a newer camaro from a dig this morning. It was 5:30am and dark outside. He rolled up to the light and went into the passing lane (unfortunate for him as he was on my exhaust side). I took of just a little faster than usual enough to let him know he wasn't getting by easy so I saw him hit it hard so I did too. We were neck and neck for a bit then I started pulling. He had to hit the brakes and his window would have been right at my exhaust tip! It was about 70mph when I shut it down not sure how things would have went past there. I'm assuming it was a ss by the rims, headlights and dual exhaust (when I turned right a few miles down the road he got up beside me). I'm not sure if he flipped me off or gave me the thumbs up since it was so dark. He tailed me pretty hard after the race so I'm assuming poor sportsmanship either way I was happy with my first race as I don't ever seem to line up with people. My truck is a 2008 F-350 supercab shortbed tuned and deleted running hd300 on my mini max. Hopefully I'll see the guy again, wish I would have turned traction control off as that probably would have helped me pull ahead a bit and I was holding my coffee in my hand. Just not prepared for a race at that time in the morning.

Camaros aren't very quick, they're too heavy to be quick unless its a ZL1....those son*****es are fast!

I might line up against a stock 2011 mustang gt 5.0 6spd. I don't the driver has the "driver mod". I know these cars are fast if driven properly. I was tod he ran a 13 second even. Not sure how I'll compare ?
